No sticky residue at all, which is the main reason I switched to this one. It stays slick way longer than the last water-based bottle I had, and I don't have to keep reapplying. Being paraben and preservative free sealed it for me.
The lack of preservatives and parabens was the main reason I tried it, and it's honestly the smoothest, most glide-y formula I've used without any sticky residue. Works great with both my silicone toys and just on its own.
